Whats in a name?
Apple may soon have another legal battle on its hands when its newest product {itv}, a box that you can connect to your TV in order to play their movies and TV shows comes to Europe, as there is already an “itv” brand TV station operating in England. Generally, I hate these situations as the only persons who are guaranteed winners are the lawyers representing both companies as regardless of the outcome; they must be paid for their work.
